Historically, Wilson Creek students experience from two to four grade levels growth in mathematics for every year of instruction. They generally gain two months in reading test scores for every month at Wilson Creek. Currently 84% of the student body carries a B or better Grade Point Average (GPA).

Included in our 8 period day are Direct Instructional courses in Mathematics and English. Students are assessed for need and placed accordingly. They must master specific skills and objectives before advancing to the next level.

Students at Wilson Creek participate in several classroom outings throughout the year. Extended learning adventures include events such as the Living Desert in Palm Desert, the Riverside Playhouse in Riverside, the Pacific Aquarium in Long Beach, the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, the International House of Blues at Disneyland, the Museum of Science and Industry, the Los Angeles Museum, the LA County Fair and the LA County Zoo.

This year our 7th grade students participated in a national writing contest entitled "Do the Write Thing". One of our students was given the honor to visit Washington D.C. as a winner of the contest. He was able to present his writing to the Library of Congress.

At Christmas, selected students performed a Christmas variety show and presented hand made gifts to some of our senior citizens in Yucaipa. Students and staff also participated in fundraising activities such as an annual Teddy Bear, NASCAR races and Trinity Celebrity Golf tournaments.

We are committed to the maximum development of each individual and will provide the best possible education to empower each student to function in a productive and positive way in society.
